Laws on Returning Items

 

  1. All returning items must return to an area between the top of the owner's shoulders and the hollow under the bottom of his or her knees.
    1. Additionally, in the case of returning weapons, the weapon in question must return handle-first.

  2. All returning items must have an enchantment for safe and convenient disposal.
    1. Anyone found to have created an item in violation of this law will immediately be given ownership of twice his or her carrying capacity (as judged by a panel of 12 of his or peers) in such items
