Item Law #376

College Clause

Any Item that creates lined writing surfaces, or deposits lines to be used for writing on pre-existing surfaces, shall be regulated to create lines only of a size wider than standard 'college ruled' paper and yet thinner than standard 'wide ruled' paper.

Any horizontal lines shall be rendered in Light Blue #36 or Halftone Warm Grey, and any vertical lines shall be rendered in Medium Salmon #20 or Light Brick Red #7.
