No slippery floor on the third floor lavatory of The Item Law Makers Guild Guildhall

1. Items shall not be created expressly for the purpose of making the third floor lavatory of The Item Law Makers Guild Guildhall extremely slippery.
1. Items shall also not, as a side effect of any other enchantment, make the third floor lavatory of The Item Law Makers Guild Guildhall extremely slippery.
2. Items which are an exception to this are items designed to make a floor slippery for cleaning purposes.
1. Said cleaning item may only make the floor of the third floor lavatory of The Item Law Makers Guild Guildhall slippery if said item is pointed at said floor with the intention of cleaning said floor, and may not as a side effect, direct or indirect, of the items use in cleaning any other floor make the third floor lavatory of The Item Law Makers Guild Guildhall extremely slippery, even if this would lead to a cleaning effect on said floor.
