Legislation on Stationary Items

 

  1. A Stationary Item shall not have any sharp corners, or, if the Stationary Item has more than seventeen corners, not more than 50% of its corners may be sharp.
    1. Stationary Items are defined as Items that:
      1. cannot move of its own volition.
      2. cannot be moved by an external force.
      3. remain permanently rooted to a single location.
      4. cannot be observed in a state of motion.
      5. at least three of the above four statements must be true to meet the definition of a Stationary Item.
