Item Law Ex Post Facto distribution Law

1. Item makers are responsible for all items of their creation obeying all item laws in existence throughout in periods of time in which both the item and the relevant item law exists.
1. The Item Law Makers Guild will release all information on all it's laws a month before said law goes into effect.
1. If the Item Law Makers Guild feels like it.
2. As per Item Law 22 item makers are responsible for knowing future laws. However punishment of said laws will be postponed until such time as the law is in effect, for example if the punishment is death the defendant won't be killed until after the Item Law Makers Guild makes up a Law that the defendant broke.
