Item Voice Activation Law

 

  1. All Items must have the voice activation enchantment put on the item.
    1. This enchant does not need to be added into the name of the item.
    2. When a person wants to use an item, the user is to be allowed to shout the name of the item or the name of the ability in the item and the item must then activate said ability
    3. A 3rd party must not be able to activate the item by shouting the name of the item
    4. All shouting that is done must be done during normal shouting hours and not in a shout free environment.
