Item Law #65

"Into the Wrong Hands" Law

  1. Items must be given powers that, if they were wielded by an item maker's enemy, could be used to utterly destroy him utterly. Furthermore:
    1. Item Maker must be particularly vulnerable to powers of the Item, and does not himself posess any powers that can negate its effects, nor may he posess any such powers in the future.
    2. Item must be very easy to lose or misplace.
    3. The more dangerous or epic the item, the more it must resemble an everyday, unenchanted object. Assuming this does not hinder use in accordance to Law 16.
    4. Item may not be used to travel back in time to destroy its maker and thus cause itself not to exist. (See Law 67)
