Enchanted Dining Utensil regulations

1. No dining utensils may be enchanted in such a way as to cause the devouring of one's own or another's internal organs, unless said item has a sufficently sharp edge with which to remove said organs.
1. Organ devourers shall invoke no penalties for using pre-existing utensils, on the condition that they clean their plate.
2. A comittee of seven (3) able bodied men will decide if a given implement is sharp enough, using the standing method for evaluation (any item, which when stood on by three men, is incapable of piercing or cutting flesh, is unsuitable).
