Re-Making of Magic Items Statute
- Components of a broken magic item may be re-made into an item similar to the original item.
- Re-made item must have a similar but NOT identical name to the original item.
- Re-made item may not posess equal or greater powers than original item.
- Re-made item may, however, be infused with a greater degree of Epic than the original item. In fact, this is encouraged.
- Item MUST be re-made under the supervision of Elves or Dwarves.
- Components of more than one broken magic item may not be re-combined into a new magic item.
- Components of non-magical items may be incorporated if necessary to re-make item, though this will necessarily require a great reduction in re-made item's magic abilities.
- Petition for Re-Making Item must be filed before re-making components of broken magical items that have been previously accounted for by the Guild.
