The "Frosty Cool" Law

 

  1. No item without an ice enchantment will have cool in its title.
    1. In the event of an item being really really cool it will be given a small ice enchantment by the Item Law Makers Guild free of charge, however the Item Law Makers Guild will recomend that the item is called "awsome" or another suitable alternitive before taking this course of action.
