Traditional Instrument Items as Weapon Items

 

  1. When using a musical instrument item as a weapon item, you must yell out 'Chance!' before striking a blow.
    1. If the intrument item has a ripcord, or is produced from someone's head, or is being used on a robot, or the wielder is riding a vespa, then the wielder will be reguarded as being more in a state of item law compliance.
    2. Said instrument items must be really expensive, rare and/or explicitly announced.

Notes

Traditional instrument items used as weapon items are generally regarded as being distinct from Instruments of War.
