Loons are Brainmanglement elemenstors and are (mostly) ludicrously insane by trade, though they are rather rare due to the fact that most people prefer blasting their enemies brains out, rather than scrambling them from within. Certain people claim that they aren't in actuality insane but that they infact put up a facade of insanity to:

 

1: Enhance their brainmanglement through perception

 

2: Go about their insane plans undisturbed.

 

3: Makes them look just __FABULOUS__!
