Karl Rosinquist

A shady and untrustworth character, Low Elemenstor Rosinquist is certain to wield his limited knowledge of High Elemenstation whenever there is money involved. He is the current bearer of The Shaft-Case of Bowsar.

Once a student at the short lived Elvangella School of Elemenstation, he was quickly expelled due to his practice of extorting money from his fellow students. This did not, however, stop him from using the limited knowledge he recieved from his short period of schooling to fool the public into thinking him quite the powerful Elemenstor, and thus hiring him to do all manner of jobs. Most of these Rosinquist simply didn't do after taking payment in advance, but in certain circumstances, such as in the case of the ghostly MooMaa, Rosinquist did fulfill his part of the agreement, or at least part of his part.

Rosinquist is also a principle character in several folktales including the Parable of the Swimming Rabbit and The Rucksack Merchant Caper.
