An Ice Gear that causes the striker to grow gigantic wings of ice and snow, which then explode into a huge blast of clouds, cold air, ice, snow, hail, and freezing rain. The Betterthanwatermenstor who struck it can then direct the ice-storm wherever they want, essentially giving them mastery over a living blizzard.

 

Dramatic Opera music always plays when this Gear is used.
