A minor and quirky Elemenstation. It will refuse to assist an Elemenstor unless given a sprig of sage. It is known for being reckless, and running wild at high speeds. Mostly used as a means of distraction. Because its body is engulfed in flames, it tends to leave a trail of fire wherever it runs. It was an extremely common card in the early days of the CCG, but a rarer and more valuable holographic Marx was released in later expansions.
Marx is a firm believer in absolute equality. Mostly because he's at the bottom of the rung in terms of Elemanifestations and wants everyone to be dragged down to his level.
In Book 4, Steppy finds Marx amusing and cute, so she sometimes summons it just to watch it wildly run around in a circle while chattering on about proletarians.
It is generally believed that Marx is author Tycho Brahe's jab at the opinions of novelist Mark Twain.
Physical Form
A flaming, horned, hoofed, lynx constantly engulfed in flames. It has a head on both ends of its body, so it can run any way it choses.
It has an unusually high and squeaky voice, although it speaks with an unidentifiable accent.
