Master Craftsman Elscabar the Crafter of Redundancy was widely known amongst wide groups of people in the know to do things too much, that is, things that didn't need doing, he re-did. His expertise was wanted, which is to say, desired, for government projects ordered by the government for use in its projects. Needless to say, it doesn't need stating that his masterful skill and skillful mastery of redundancy and doing things over unnecessarily placed him firmly and solidly in the hall of fame maintained by the government, namely the Government Hall Of Fame.

Blade Sword was considered a failure by Elscabar, which is to say he felt that he failed when making it.
