Me-Ya Moto

Once a plucky carpenter of the Wang Kingdom, Me-Ya Moto was working on building a house one day when his bride to be was kidnapped by a rare We-Ti and taken to the peak of Mt Wang. Using only his carpenting tools, Me-Ya Moto managed to scale the mountain and slay the beast, reuniting himself with his beloved.

The popularity he garnered from being a "hero of the people", allowed him to propose the idea of a constitutional monoarchy, to prevent the abuse of power once wielded by the Shadow Lord. The idea met with much acclaim. Although Me-Ya Moto was planning on returning to his life as a simple carpenter (albiet one with a new, snazzy, We-Ti coat), the people of the Wang Kingdom implored him to become the new Emperor. Moto reluctantly did so, becoming the first emperor of the Moto Dynasty.

In his later years, Me-Ya Moto was known to partake of a Red and Orange Spotted Mushroom once weekly, which he claimed helped open the path to enlightenment.
