A Life Elemenstor can target a living mammal of any gender with this Gear and temporarily give them the ability to lactate out a highly restorative milk that can cure major wounds, sickness, and disease.

However, since most Elemenstors don't carry around cows with them, often the only subjects they have to use are their fellow humans. There are many people who would rather die from a wound to the stomach than suckle out magic milk out of some guy's tits.
