Mister Bickles (written Mibtep Sipleb)

One of the famed Mibtep swords forged in the firy half-dwarf forges of Ithbarg II in the lee of the Beutrafficades. This sword was crafted from an unknown metal and had the gift of rhyming speech when wielded by one that was pure of heart. When wielded by one that was evil of heart it would remain mute, but when lifed by one whose intentions were neutral or unclear the blade, if unsheathed, would let out a shrill and unceasing scream which would continue until the blade was dropped, or the wielder agreed to use the sword for good or ill.

Usually King Dosunk would choose to use his Sword of Seriously Sharp Sharpness instead of what he referred to as his "shrieking sword."
