Moonfruit

A small, cresent-shaped fruit found growing wild across Battal. Many different varieties have been cultivated and are probably too numerous to list here, but some of the more common ones can be found below:

Garlic Moonfruit

A decidedly odd crossbreed which gained notoriety at the center of the Goldimaris/Mo-pi incident, as recorded in The Last Days of Blee.

Banana Moonfruit

Often baked into Tarts for the traditional Festival of Leaf'ed Greatness, this sweet and somewhat chewy variety caused a minor controversy in Arkleaf when their High Council put forward the motion Be'wyn's Interpretative Dance Number 31: My Banana Moonfruit is too Curved So I Propose a Regulation Governing the Possible Range of Curvature of My Moonfruit followed shortly thereafter by Be'wyn's Interpretative Dance Number 32: No Tre'vor That Was Not a Euphemism and You Can All Rot in the Lava Pits of the Very Lost Kingdoms.
