Morletto, the Singing Blade

One of the 100 Swords of Sepathok. Legend says Morletto was thrown by timesorc'ley into The Magic Sword Kings Period, whereupon a member of the Unseen Ones happened upon it- by some twist of fate, on the same day that she had lost her previous weapon. Since she was planning an assassination attempt against a local lord, finding a magic blade seemed like an excellent piece of fortune. Unfortunately for her, whenever the sword is drawn from its sheath, it begins singing a beautiful melody. This gives you the perfect soundtrack to duel by, but it also alerts all the guards to your location and wakes up your intended victim during daring midnight assassination raids. As such, this sword became the newest treasure of that same lord and the unlucky Unseen One was never heard from again. The blade ended up in the possession of Alnwein and Vulthar after they happen upon it on the battlefield during the Vampyric Wars. It is presumed that a descendant of the local lord who recovered it died on the battlefield with the sword in his possession.
