My Life Among the Khith, Part II
MLAtK is the first part of a tale written in the high tongue of Ithbarg (Bargon IV) in which the word II tranlates literally as "Original Kingdom", but can be used to indicated the first in a series or sequence.
The story tells of a Ithbargan Profiteer/Poet named Tongdle who spent three long years among the Khith in their underground dwellings, attempted to capture their ghastly forms in weighty prose. Additionally he had the deeds to several properties in The Baren Swamplands of Yore which he was interested in peddling.
To this date, the musings on the simple daily life of the Khith, as well as long expositions on their physical condition, remain one of best studies of this very reticent of the ugly races.
