OYSTER

A team of Japanese manga authors who create shoujo manga, their series are often made into anime five minutes after the first issue is released.

The group's name is an acronym, standing for Yumi Tajiri, Shizuka Midorikawa, Tsubaki Tanaka, Emily Miyamoto, Ruki Yanagi, and . . . Otis Liebowitz.

Their debut work was Pretty Metal Idol Hagane-chan, a spin-off of ElamenSTAR. They are directly responsible for introducing most of the Lanumon mythos into the canon.
