The Parchment of Confession and Regret

Upon picking up this parchment, the holder is compelled to grab a quill and write down a confession of all the wrongs they have ever committed. In this feverish writing frenzy they will not be aware of their actions, but upon completion they will put it somewhere they are sure to spot it and then fall into a deep slumber. Upon awakening, they will find the note written in their hand and feel deeply ashamed. Due to the enchantment on the parchment, the writer is unable to destroy the document nor may the writer ask someone to destroy the parchment for them.
