The Plane of the Ocumen is the resting place of the Ocumen, or Harbinger Portent, as the Ocumen was once known. Currently, that is all that is known about this particular plane, although various authors have hinted that it contains a great deal of epicness. Others have suggested that this plane is in fact the Dream Plane of Battal.
