Plasta

Plasta is a ritual food of Battal. It is a form of noodle which is unpleasantly lukewarm and rubbery, yet vaguely sticky. Usually eaten as a form of self discipline when studying High Elemenstation, it focuses the mind away from the body, usually to a deli or bakery.
