A Water Gear that increases bouyancy in the target, allowing Creatures or People to walk, run, skip, slide, or crawl across water.

Ice Elemenstors vehemently insist that this doesn’t matter, since they can just freeze water and walk over it. But most people will just ignore them, considering that Ice Elemenstors tend to freeze themselves into blocks of ice.
