Another of Thomas Warding's specialty hats. Uncharacteristic of Thomas' hats, it does actually serve some practical purpose other than making one feel better about one's appearance. Also uncharacteristic of his hats, this one does not have a very extravagant name.

The special qualities of this hat, though numerous, are unknown, due to the last known owner of the hat having accidentally dropped it down a gorge in The Smoos.
