Psionic Shard of Dissonance

This blade is known to be both the most and least useful of the 'Bladeless Blades'. The blade can inflict the target with massive headaches and other minor psionic ailments, but unfortunately inflicts the user with at least 3 more, and doesn't really do anything particularlly useful, from a psionic perspective, anyway. This, combined with the complete lack of blade on this blade, meant that using it is tricky at worst, and stupid at best.

It is rumored that in the hands of a skilled Psichoticist the blade could be formidable indeed.
