Quilpin

"Today's Special: Flargmane.... 'tis the will of the gods."

The small inn run by Quilpboi, an unusually humble god for one who could easily split into several billion copies of himself and lay all of reality to waste in less that a heartbeat were he so inclined. Of the three shops of Quilpopolis run by the gods, Quilpin is the least well-known. Those who know of it well enough know it for its Green Marshmellow Stew and its Red Light Hogs on Rye sandwiches. He also makes some nice Stingy Quilp Cheese, although most sufficiently intelligent outsiders would obviously never dare try it to tell.

Quilpboi's aforementioned multiplication skill is sometimes used to allow him to do multiple tasks at once (although he doesn't do it too often as he'd need several people in at once and he can already do up to four things at once with his four arms). He also multiplies to play Quelemendi against others (which he does whenever asked) while still staying behind the counter. People almost only ever play against him when the annual Quelemendi Game of the Gods approaches, when Quilpboi offers free food and drinks to people who challenge him so he can practice.

Being run by a god, omens and portents surround the inn, whether one would wish it or not. Changes to the menu are often boded by signs; significant changes are heralded by localized geologic disturbances and haywire weather patterns. Once when Quilpboi removed the chicken salad from the every other Friday all you can eat buffet, black crows perched on all the thatched roofs in town as thick as shingles for a week.
