A very powerful Lightning Elemanifestation. One of the oldest and wisest of all of the Elemanifestations, he considers it his solemn duty to watch out for the others.

 

He worked closely with Harbinger Portent in his time.

 

Physical Form

Raijin once took the form of a huge lighting bolt with eyeballs. After working with Harbinger Portent for so long, he started to take his physical form, modeling himself closely on his Elemenstor friend.
