Rainbow Hollow

Capital of the Loftia Region of Zonardia. It is a gem-encrusted city of criss-crossing canals built on top of a mesa. Water for the canals is fed from amazing backwards waterfalls, powered by the Physics Defying Aquaducts, which pump the water up into the city from Rainbow Lake, which surrounds the mesa

The waterfalls create a stunning set of rainbows when the light hits them just right, but the city actually gets its name from the large population of Borkowski, which climb along all of the buildings. Travel is chiefly handled by a series of canals, aquatic tunnels, and water slides which have been built in place of streets.

The city is the founding place of the Rainbow Wings, the most honrable and noble organization of Quasar Riders.
