Moisteners use this Gear to instantly cure dehydration in a target, filling them with as much water as they need. In a bit of cheeky cleverness, they can cast it twice on a foe, causing them to really, really, really have to go to the bathroom badly, distracting them enough to allow the Water Elemenstor to gain an advantage.
