Ring of Surprising Twists

An enchantment placed on this ring causes its wearer to experience a succession of increasingly unpredictable twists of fate and suprising random events. Usually the uncanny nature of the ring's effects cause the wearer to put on such a ring only briefly. The longest recorded run is of Summelhaag No Longer the King, wearer of the ring for a month, who went from being a rat trapper, to being one of the most feared Elemenstors in the land, to being the long lost King of The Kingdom of Yymp, then briefly caught in a tornado, ended up stumbling across the recipe for Cinnamon Sprig Dry Cheese, which although brilliantly crafted and highly popular, quickly lead to his being deposed. It was then that things for him got really wierd, but that's another story.

The ring itself is a twisted band of silver that indeed is quite unusually shaped. Most people who first gaze upon the ring exclain, "Oh!"
