The Rusty Knight

Born Patir Lickinside in 29840, The Rusty Knight is known for his quest to bring about an end to magic and enchantment. In accordance with his beliefs he had a non-enchanted suit of armor made and sought out the legendary Plain Ol' Sword. Unfortunately, due to a total lack of experience with unenchanted items, the knight's armor rusted with the first rainfall - thus becoming the later legendary Rusty Armor and earning the knight his nickname.

While stories depict him as a legendary hero, scholars agree that he was really just a serial killer who went around killing enchanters, and in one case the Arch Demon Randolph in a fight at the The Bloody Board Inn.

He met his end in 29873, while searching for The Super Ultimate Sword of Great Power and Magic in an effort to rid the world of it and so many Magic Sword Equivalents. He was chasing down a young elemenstor for information, when the joints in his Rusty Armor seized up. The Plain Ol' Sword was stolen from him, and he was run down by a herd of Gnarled Land Squid about two days later.
