The "Sad Harbinger Portent in Snow" fanart
Despite Harbinger Portent being an old guy, he was the focus of a disturbingly large collection of art penned by fangirls who set him up as a frail cutie in need of a strong younger male. The most common art style was the "sad Harbinger Portent in snow," which depicted Harbinger in the snow, cold-and-lonely-looking, as an attempt to appeal to the maternal instincts of the fangirls who observed it. As there was later a CCG card inspired by the movement, one can say the concept was probably quite successful.
The concept was successfully parodied by professional Elemenstor painter Allan Howe in "Happy Harbinger Portent in Snow". It consist of the Harbinger laughing maniacally while bludgeoning to death an obese teenage girl, presumably Allan's interpretation of a typical fan-artist.
