Sanctuary

An off-off-broadway play written by Tycho Brahe and Hal Robinson which is receiving surprisingly good reviews. Licensed by Elemenstors of the Peninsula and funded by a contracted granted by General Defense Dynamics as part of a lawsuit settlement, the play is currently undergoing the refinement phase common in theater before moving to off-broadway.

Story

Fleeing the temporal disruption in the wake of Book 13, a band of Elemenstors travels back in time to the year -10,000 (right in the middle of The Great Bore). Knowing that the Glaivemistress of Arvalyyon used All of Rounders Kingdoms: From the Beginning as her primary tome for excising the timeline, they knew they would be undisturbed in a period of history that was not well documented.

What they find is a Battal torn by strife, but under a tyrannical goverment that they quickly overthrow using their powers of High Elemenstation. From there the story explores themes of power that corrupts the weak and ties of friendship forged in innocent days that are tested by the trials of a harsh reality.

I've heard the play described as a cross between Hamlet and Rent.

Cast of Characters

  • Mel - Fire Elemenstor
  • Captain Seville - Mel's Cabinet Furniliar (played by a man in a costume)
  • Feena'sarah - Ice Elemenstor, in love with Mel
  • Chumbly - Feena'sarah's ottoman Furniliar (a puppet/prop on stage)
  • Harkello - Timenes Elemenstor, in love with Harkello
  • Bim - Harkello's Dooblegnard familiar
  • Lord Beeooorahhh - Evil despot in power when the sextuplet arrives from the future
  • Mayor Cheddarblade - Found locked in the dungeon, acts as their guide to this time period
  • Habbibus - insightful peasant killed half way through they play (major turning point in the story)

Discussion

Anybody have any idea if this is this canon? -Maxx Loxx
Pretty sure since it's got the EotP logos spashed all over the playbill. Unfortunately I spilled ketchup all over mine, otherwise I'd scan it in. -WC
I heard that this was going to be a musical, any truth to that? ~ Ploki
Nope.. no musical numbers. -WC
