Shin-To

This plane consists of two different physical realms linked together. One is the Shin, the mountain realm where the Shin people live. The other is the To, an ethereal sky-realm floating above the Shin.

The Shin is an exotic empire of flying ships, festivals, and mystery. The Shin people's buildings are perched upon the mountain's peaks where their utilities are powered by the glistening waterfalls.

The To, on the other hand, is a sea made out of semi-solid clouds ruled over by the To people, who can be vaguely described as angelic pink starfish people. The layer of the To is almost like a sea, with various monsters resembling sea creatures swimming through the sky.

Flying ships are used by both species to travel between the Shin and To.
