Seige Perilous

Built during the creation of Noodlenia, as a gigantic castle with a city within the walls. As the capital expanded, a larger city was built outside the castle walls. However, repeated attacks forced another wall to be built around the outer town. This repeated itself several times, until Siege Perilous was a confusing 11-layered city/fortress combination. It is nearly impossible for anyone to navigate efficiently, and many of the rulers of Noodlenia have been unable to find themselves out of the castle in the innermost layer and actually make it outside the city.
