Simon, The Evil Nasty Tyrant Lord Ruler King

Simon is the greatest of the Evil Nasty Tyrants and commands complete and total obedience in his subordinates, although they do think that he goes a bit over the top sometimes with the Evilness and Nastiness. He's a bit too Tyrannical on occassion. He's so Evil, Nasty and Tyrannical that he wears a Hat With Horns Stuck to it. As if that wasn't enough, he also claims to be immortal. That's pretty goddamned evil!
