Formal Elemenstorly Training

Class Skill: ELM(1)

 

Description: Your character has had formal training, presumably at one of the Fathom League Schools. How well you did in school determines your proficiency at this skill.

 

Note: You do not aquire this skill through leveling up. You either have it due to your character origin, or must learn it through training during a quest.

 

Beginner:

You only took the first year of classes, or else you made it through, but did very poorly. You got some of the benefits of an education, but it doesn't really impress anybody. -2 from the resolution number when attempting to strike Genisum or Bassal gears.

 

Proficient:

You graduated in the middle of your class. You're not the next Harbinger Portent, but you do gain a modest bonus that helps you with gear striking. Divide the GSM for Parsum and Genisum striking by 2.

 

Master:

Your Knack is strong and you have excelled in all things taught to you. Good job, Char. Divide the GSM for Parsum and Genisum striking by 5. Characters must have at least a 4 in ELM in order to have Master level in this skill.
