Solar Luma

A portion of the Demiluma which is shaped by emotion. It is a mirror of the Material Plane mapped out with emotion instead of substance. Cities shine like beacons of thought. Deserts simmer with emptiness and lack of feeling. Evil glows scary bright red. Good floats around all happy. Sarcasm . . . sarcasms. It can be a difficult place to describe, as most languages don't have the words for a plane where you can accurately measure joy or sorrow with a glance at the surrounding landscape.

It is said that projecting their minds into this realm is what occupies most High-Elves's lives.
