As his name might imply he is a rather talky Idiot he is only seen on rare occasions throughout the ELotH:TES only to impart some rather obvious information on the significantly smarter people around him. His interruptions are brought to an end in Book 11 when he questions the superiority of Ice Elemenstation to Water Elemenstation in the proximity of Ice Grand Elemenstor Flohbuib Maqular (Pronounced "Floapz Mazling")

 

He is also known to go by S.B. Idiot, Mr. Idiot, and Some B. Idiot, depending on the edition of Book 1 that you pick up.
