Soy-lint Cheese

A fairly unpopular kind of cheese traditionally made by peasents when dairy and, in fact, any and all edible food is low. Made from a common weed, soy, mixed with whatever lint can be scraped up from around the house. The resulting mold is an unattractive green, and tastes terrible, but is theoretically better than nothing. "Theoretically," as ingestion of cheese that is soy-lint green usually ends in terrible gastrointestinal havoc. Curiously enjoyed by Penny on The Wizbits.
