Subelements

The term given to Elements which are more specified and limited aspects of a larger Element (usually Primary or Secondary), but distinct enough to be recognized in their own right.

Subelements were never very popular amongst fans, although n00bs starting out playing the Pen and Paper RPG often like to create Subelemenstor characters in order to make their characters more different than the traditional 8 Element users, although their limited use means that experienced players will often end up abandoning those characters.

In canon, Subelementsors are refered to as Elementards, a derogative term they resent. Insect Elemenstors are regarded as failures who could never pull off true Life Elemenstation, and Jessicstan Elemenstors just confuse people who think they're dealing with a Stoner or Quicksilver.

According to Tickle's Intelligent Elementalism theory, there are an infinite number of Subelements which which will continue to grow exponentially as Men gain a greater understanding of the specifics of how the universe works.
