Tangu
A species of humanoid crow goblins that live in the mountains of the Wang Kingdom. They have gigantic beaklike noses, and can cover large distances in a hearbeat by using their gigantic wings. They delight in screwing around with people, using their telepathy to cast illusions, confuse people, and peep on people's deepest secrests. The older a Tangu becomes, the less birdlike they look, until they can pass for humans (albiet ones with gigantic noses and wings).
Their knowledge and wisdom of martial arts is unparalleled, and they are said to be the creators of ninjutsu, and tutors of the first Samurai. However, what they are truly famed for is their dancing ability. Many legends abound about the Tangu's excellent dance moves, often sweeping mountain travelers up from paths and taking them into the air for an impromptu bout of waltzing or fandango. Thus, it is also said that Battledancing was inspired by the Tangu, being a perfect mix of dancing and fighting.
Legend has it that a Tangu was the creator of the Cameo Cloak, which is supposedly woven out of Tangu feathers.
