The Automated Erotica Production Engine 2000

A device credited with being the most sophisticated piece of machinery to have been created as a result of elothes fandom. Initially created for the CCG expansion Naughty Wizbits, The Automated Erotica Production Engine 2000 was unprecedented in the amount of Elemenstor-related smutty images it could produce per hour, and was seen as an invaluable resource to wannabe fan artists and serious businessmen alike. However, due to the massive controversy that surrounded the device, it was put to very little use. The AEPE2K, the only one of it's kind, is now in the possession of fan Gilbert Spong who has no intention of using it outside of his own personal activities.

Appearance and Operation

The AEPE2K appears to be a little less than a sophisticated butter knife, until, upon further observation, several abnormalcies reveal themselves. The device, unlike most butter knives, is serrated. Likewise, there is a small duct in which inks of various colors are released. Perhaps the most noticeable, however, is that the machine takes up half of whatever room it's in, being very massive in nature.

A metal surface in front of the structure is supplied with a pile of papers. The flexibility of the AEPE2K allows for any size or quality of paper to be used; from simple printing paper to even ancient parchments. The implementation of the device is almost insultingly simple, consisting of an on/off switch, a "DRAW" button, and a single knob labeled "Kinkicity".

Invention and Background

The man most accredited with the creation of the AEPE2K is Lenny Ruckers, who was leading R&D at Multicorp at the time of completion. While Lenny was indeed responsible for much of the AEPE2K as we know it today, the creation of the machine was a much more drawn out and complex endeavor spanning eight years and several different development teams. It started as a metamorphosis of the original Automated Erotica Production Engine developed by NASA in the 1970s by a group of both freelance computer and mechanical engineers calling themselves "FRANNY". NASA's model, while effective, was terribly complex to use, and so was only really useful for scientific observational purpose. FRANNY’s new model was never completely realized, but did spark the interest of several other development teams that traded the prototype around as interest waxed and waned.

Eventually, a nearly complete AEPE2K was bought by Multigame Corp. Final touches to the system determined that images would be entirely Elemenstorial in theme.

The Great Fan-Pornographer Protest of 2001

To complete the device, Multigame Corp. outsourced its completion to General Defense Dynamics; in the lot near Multigame Corp., the workers from GDD unveiled the completed Automated Erotica Production Engine 2000, and produced discreet images for the (carded) audience in attendance. However, a protest of erotic artists led by a few ELOTH fans from the former United Dildonics opposed the thing's creation, claiming it would drive genuine fan pornographers "out of buisness."

However, arguements and protest got far out of hand, and the geekier members of the protest led a motion that they should attack and destroy the device. The ensuing riot was described as "like the worst game of Warcraft 3 ever played." This was far from a statement from a fanboy who can only reference things he's played; the riot was, indeed, like the worst game of Warcraft 3 ever played, as the head pornographist used a United-Dildonics-forged Hand of Adonis to point at and guide the "riot" and wail on the device, while repetetive techno music blared from the numerous stereos brought by breakdancers dancing to save the youth center next door. The fan-porno artists were anything but fit and fighting-ready members of humanity, and thus dealt minimal damage to the device.

In fact, the most damage dealt to the AEPE 2000 was by the fire department called in to control the riot, which sprayed the fanboys against the AEPE, which rusted the device.

Those trapped in the protest described the fan-pornographers as "decidedly uncouth" and "rather rude."
