The Cloak of the World's Shortest Giant
Made famous by The World's Shortest Giant Dorwynag, a traveling ministrel (circa The Magic Sword Kings Period) turned thief who sported the cloak first for dramatic effect during his notoriously somber storytelling sessions and later as a means of concealing himself while robbing the corrupt poor of their jewels and coins. The cloak is said to have had the extraordinary ability to stupefy furniture, a feat no magic item has replicated before or since. (All artifacts that appear to share this power actually contain a minute fragment of the orgininal cloak.)
Often confused with The Cloak of the World's Tallest Dwarf.
