Headed by an iconoclastic inn/tavern starter by the name of X the Y, the Cooler Than Red Dragon Inn certainly was. Anybody who was anybody headed to the Cooler Inn with lickety-speed, leaving The Obligitory Red Dragon Inn far behind in terms of coolness and class of drunks.

Oddly, the Cooler Than Red Dragon Inn got along quite well, economically, with the Red Dragon Inn, as they each targeted different audiences.
