The Gigglemen of Vi

Nothing is known of the elusive Gigglemen of Vi except the following 3 bits of information:

1. They are very fond of hats.

2. They are known for their tendency to have sexual intercourse with their neighbor's livestock.

3. Gigglewomen are not very fond of hats.*

* Gigglemen dispute this, claiming their womenfolk are just jealous. A popular saying among Gigglemen goes something like "A Wang Cap on the head is like having two Gigglewomen in the bush." There has been much speculation as to the actual meaning of this phrase.
